Qing Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Studies, and the School Ethics Coordinator at the Academy of Future Education. Prior to joining XJTLU, Qing worked as an Assistant Professor in the Human-computer Interaction (HCI) program at the State University of New York (SUNY) at Oswego. She also worked as an Online Education Support Specialist II at Washburn University. Over the past decade, she led and participated in interdisciplinary teams that brought together brilliant minds from various fields, including education, design, computer science, and engineering. Her current research focuses on STEAM education, virtual/augmented reality, online education, computational thinking, and user-experience design. She has published in SSCI, EI, and Scopus journals.
