Olivia is an educational developer and the team leader of the Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL) Team at the Educational Development Unit (EDU). She has over ten years of teaching and administration experience in higher education and educational institutions. She has delivered teaching and training sessions, workshops, and consultations to a diverse body of students and teachers and has successfully led projects, programmes, and events at different levels. Olivia holds a Master of Science in Learning and Technology from the University of Oxford and a Master of Art in English Language Teaching (Studies and Methods) from the University of Warwick. She is currently a PhD candidate at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University and the University of Liverpool. Her research interests include blended learning, Technology-enhanced Learning (TEL), digital literacy, and learner autonomy.
