Dr Jiaqi Fu is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Educational Studies in the Academy of Future Education at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She graduated from the Faculty of Humanity and Social Sciences at the University of Liverpool and has a multidisciplinary background. Before doing her doctoral study, she holds an MSc in Financial Management from the University of Groningen Netherlands, an MSc in International Business from Uppsala University Sweden, and a BA in Finance from Northeast Normal University. Her research interests focus on educational leadership, teacher education, and quality management in higher education. She also has relevant research experiences that specialise in educational changes, continuous professional development, and student engagement.
