Personal profile

Filbert H. Juwono earned his Ph.D. degree in electrical and electronic engineering from the University of Western Australia, Perth, Australia, in 2017. He was previously a senior lecturer with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Curtin University Malaysia and an assistant professor at University of Southampton Malaysia. He joined Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Xian Jiaotong - Liverpool University in 2023.His research interests include machine learning applications, battery and smart grid technologies, 5G/6G communication systems, and biomedical engineering. He was a recipient of the prestigious Australian Awards Scholarship in 2012. He serves as an associate editor for IEEE Access, a review editor for Frontiers in Signal Processing, and an editor-in-chief for a newly established journal, Green Intelligent Systems and Applications.
