Dr. Haochuan JIANG is an assistant professor at the School of Robotics, Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University Entrepreneur College (Taicang), and served as Program Director for B.Eng. Intelligent Robotics Engineering with Contemporary Entrepreneurialism from 2020 to 2023. He earned his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Liverpool in 2019, an M.Sc. in Mechanical Automation from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2013 (Dean’s List, top 5%), and a B.Eng. in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from the China University of Mining and Technology in 2011. His industry experience includes roles at ECOVACS Robotic (2013–2014) and Tencent Tech (2019). Before joining XJTLU, he was a postdoctoral research associate at the University of Edinburgh (2019–2020).
