Dr. Haochuan JIANG is presently an assistant professor at the School of Robotics within Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University Entrepreneur College (Taicang). Additionally, he is holding the position of the Program Director for the B.Eng. Intelligent Robotics Engineering with Contemporary Entrepreneurialism, a role he has fulfilled from September 2020 till September 2023.In July, 2019, Dr. Haochuan JIANG attained his Ph.D. from the Department of Electrical Engineering and Electronics at University of Liverpool. Earlier, in November, 2013, he completed his M.Sc. from the Department of Mechanical Automation and Engineering at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, P.R. China, achieving placement on the Deans List, denoting the top 5% of students. Furthermore, he earned his B.Eng. degree in Mechanical and Automation Engineering from the School of Mechatronics at the China University of Mining and Technology in June, 2011.Beyond his academic pursuits, Dr. Haochuan JIANG held the role of new-tech researching engineer at ECOVACS Robotic (Suzhou) Co. Ltd.s Commercial Robotic RD Center from 2013 to 2014. In 2019, he served as an algorithm and model researcher in the Platform and Content Group of Tencent Tech., Shenzhen. Prior to joining XJTLU, Dr. Haochuan JIANG worked as a post-doctoral research associate at the University of Edinburghs School of Engineering from 2019 to 2020.
