Dr. Ahmed earned his PhD in Enterprise Management from Wuhan University of Technology (Project 211). His research involves leadership and employee behavior and has evolved into multidisciplinary perspectives during his postdoctoral fellowship.
BRAGGING RIGHTS: Never paid tuition fees after high school through to Ph.D. (full scholarships).
PhD Supervision: Currently supervising 03 Ph.D. students
Accepting Ph.D. Candidates for Multidisciplinary research areas such as Inclusive Human Resource Practices, Psychological Well-Being of Employees, Organizational and Employee Behavior, Leadership Styles, Technology Management and Human interaction with Computers, Green and Environmental Behavior, CSR, ESGs, Entrepreneurship (intentions, mindsets, education, capacity building), Impact of AI on HRM, Marketing Decisions, Product/Service delivery, Consumer Behaviour, and Education, and Employee Extra-role Behaviors.
Entrepreneurial Experience: He has been involved in the launch of two successful start-ups, one as an entrepreneur and the other as a consultant. He also serves as Director at MoneyPex (a UK-based Accounting and Taxation Business).
Professional Experience: He started gaining field experience early in his teenage with part time work and has over 16 years of cumulative experience in administration, operational efficiency, and sales functions; has led large sized teams; was recruited through a national examination for civil services as Assistant Director in the Ministry of Education (Pakistan) served for 5 years. Before that, he spent 08 years managing country operations for a British SME and supervising the review and control of the target revenue generation function. He has also provided consultancy services to another British offshore SME helping streamline the corporate outlook through improvement in Operational Efficiency, re-Branding, Client Retention, and B2B process flow management with the UK, Sri Lanka Pakistan offices.He potently advocates the concept of learning, developing, training and growing together and believes it to be a life-long process.
Having traveled to 06 countries and 50+ cities in China, he believes exposure to multiple cultures has helped him improve his understanding of life, people and technology.
