More than 14 years of English teaching experience in three different international universities in both China and the UK enables her to continuously refine her knowledge of the theories and practices of English Language Teaching. She has previously taught at Coventry University, UK, and SIAS International University, China before joining XJTLU. She is passionate about applying innovative teaching methods including Research-led teaching and technology-enhanced teaching to promote students’ interests. She has experience leading modules of more than 3000 students and 80 teachers. She is currently taking the role of Deputy Director at the English Language Center, School of Languages, being responsible for the Quality Assurance of the ELC assessments.
