Jeong Jin Yu is a Professor in the Department of Educational Studies at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). Prior to joining XJTLU, Professor Yu served at universities in the US, South Korea, Australia, and Sweden. He has authored a broad spectrum of peer-reviewed journal articles and book chapters, 22 of which list him as the sole or first author. His work, often published as the sole or first author, has appeared in leading journals such as Computers in Human Behavior, Development and Psychopathology, Journal of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology, Journal of Marriage and Family, among others. With over 1,600 citations in Google Scholar, his research has earned him an h-index of 18 (Link: https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=pP312s8AAAAJ&hl=en). Some of his research has been funded by the Swedish Research Council (Link: https://www.vr.se/english/swecris.html#/project/2019-03300_VR). From 2011 to 2016, he served as a consulting editor for ‘Developmental Psychology,’ a journal published by the American Psychological Association (APA).
