Dr. Mengyue Su is an Assistant Professor at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Dr. Su received her doctoral degree in Management from the National School of Development at Peking University (NSD, PKU) in 2023. Prior to that, she graduated as an outstanding graduate from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2018, where she earned her bachelors degree in Management. During her doctoral studies, Dr. Su not only actively participated in numerous research projects, but also took part in a variety of practical projects including digital transformation of banks (with China Everbright Bank), rural development rural revitalization (SAIL Lab of NSD at PKU), Women in New Economy (with UN Women), as well as Corporate Philanthropy and Anti-monopoly (with Meituan).Dr. Sus research focuses on Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management, Resource-base View and Dynamic Capability, Hexie Management Theory, Institutional Theory and Corporate Social Responsibility. She has published scholarly papers in internationally renowned academic journals such as Organizational Dynamics and Tsinghua Management Review, and has been selected for the Academy of Management (AOM) conference papers for three consecutive years. Her paper, Indexing Capability, was recognized as the Best Paper Proceeding at the AOM 2023 conference and was nominated for the Research Award by the AOMs Strategic Management (STR) Division.
