Dr Qu is an Assistant Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. She received her PhD in Human Resource Management from Renmin University of China and PhD in Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. Her research interests include leadership, innovation and creativity, proactive behavior, and career success. Her research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Business and Psychology, Acta Psychologica Sinica, Science of Science and Management of S.&T. She serves as an anonymous reviewer for Chinese Management Studies, Science of Science and Management of S.&T., AOM and IACMR.
