This consulting project will be based on multi-level analysis, as well as design from ecologicalization, diversification, digitization, and capitalization, to develop innovative ecological strategic planning schemes and supporting implementation strategies, effectively supporting the great-leap-forward development of "based in Suzhou, covering the Yangtze River Delta, radiating across the country, and promoting internationalization", and creating an "international urban human resource management and service leader with Chinese characteristics".
