Dr. He Li is an Assistant professor at HeXie Management Research Centre, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Dr. Li earned her Ph.D. in Strategic Management from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Her research primarily focuses on corporate social responsibility, corporate misconduct, creativity, and top management teams. Her paper "There Is a Dark Side to Everything: CEO Creativity and Corporate Social Irresponsibility" received a nomination for the SMS 2022 Best Conference Paper. During her Ph.D. period, she supervised the theses of three regular Master’s students in the “Change Management” program. Additionally, Dr. Li was actively involved in teaching the Fundamentals of Management and Career Planning courses for Bachelor students.
