Dr. Lin received her Ph.D. in urban design and planning from University of Washington. Before she joins XJTLU, she was an assistant professor at School of Ecological and Environmental Sciences at East China Normal University. Her research interests lie in conceptualizing and understanding the reciprocal relationship between the built environment‚ human behaviors‚ and public health‚ as she believes this relationship underpins the development of genuinely healthy sustainable communities.
