Dr. Yan Pan is an Assistant Professor at HeXie Management Research Centre, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Dr. Pan earned his bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Northeast Normal University and his Ph.D. from the School of Management, Xi’an Jiaotong University. His research interests center on leadership, creativity, work-family balance, and ICT use. He has won the Best Student Paper Award (2023), and top10% papers (2019) from the Academy of Management Annual Meetings. His research has appeared in Information Technology and People (ABS 3), Management Decision (ABS 2), European Management Journal (ABS 2), and the Academy of Management Best Paper Proceedings.
