Dr. Guanying Chu is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, School of Advanced Technology at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool-Liverpool University (XJTLU). Dr. Guanying Chu received B.S. and M.S. degrees in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Sheffield, Sheffield, UK, in 2014 and 2015, respectively. In 2021, he received a Ph.D. degree from the University of Liverpool. The research directions include Photovoltaic Generation System, Partial Shading Issues, and Distributed Maximum PowerPoint Tracking Technology. The corresponding works were published in the Journal of IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON POWER ELECTRONICS, IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON INDUSTRIAL ELECTRONICS, and Solar Energy.
