Personal profile

Dr. Cheng Zhang joined the Department of Civil Engineering in 2012 after she received her PhD degree from the Department of Building, Civil and Environmental Engineering at Concordia University, Canada. She was awarded the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC) PGS Award for the 2006-2007 academic year. Dr. Zhang is a member of American Society for Civil Engineers (ASCE), Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE), Canadian Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and a certified cost professional by the AACE international. She is a peer reviewer of the Journal of Computing in Civil Engineering, ASCE, the Journal of Automation in Construction, Elsevier, the Journal of Advanced Engineering Informatics, Elsevier, and etc.
