Fangfang Hou is currently an assistant professor at Department of Intelligent Operations and Marketing, International Business School Suzhou, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. Fangfang Hou obtained her Ph.D. from The University of Nottingham. She has published articles in journals including Information Systems Journal (ISJ), Production Planning Control (PPC), Internet Research (IntR), Information Technology People (ITP), and Industrial Management Data Systems (IMDS). She serves as the Editorial Board Member for IMDS. Additionally, she served as the Mini-Track Chair for Americas Conference on Information Systems (AMCIS) and the Associate Editor (AE) for European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), and Pacific Asia Conference on Information Systems (PACIS). She was awarded the Best AE for ICIS 2021, ECIS 2022, 2023 and Best Reviewer for PACIS 2022.
