Description
IBSS faculty, an alumna project manager, current students, CMO, the South Campus Life and Hope Canteen, and the Good Food Fund China conducted this field experiment on nudging strategies to increase the plant- vs. animal-based protein consumed by students in the campus canteen.
Key findings
All of the interventions - nudging strategies based on primacy, categorization and information provision - increased plant-based protein consumption.
