Migraine is the second most worldwide disabling disease and neurological inflammation is an important mechanism in the pathophysiology of forming the recurrent characteristic of migraine. However, molecular mechanisms underlying migraine neuroinflammation are still elusive. My project will deepen the understanding of the transcriptional regulation of neuroinflammation in migraine pathophysiology, further to headache neurobiology and may contribute to advancements in migraine therapy.
