Huijin (Phoebe) Lu is a Senior Teaching Fellow in in International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) since August 2017 and she also served as the Program Director in BSc Information Management and Information Systems from 2019 to 2024. Huijin holds an MSc Information Management and Systems from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Before joining XJTLU, Huijin was a senior consultant in PricewaterhouseCoopers Management and Deloitte specializing in providing various professional financial risk management services to banking and financial industries. Now Huijin is a PH.D candidate in Education of XJTLU and focusing on sense of community for online or hybrid learning, IS-education and social media-based informal or lifelong learning.
