Xueji Liang is an Associate Professor at the Department of Strategic Management and Organization, IBSS.

Her scholarly pursuit focuses on examining how firms make choices of governance structure, international strategy and stakeholder management, in the context of firms with different ownership structures and economies at various stages of institutional development. Centering upon dynamic issues of firms, she has a number of papers published in Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice, Regional Studies, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, Management and Organization Review, Sustainability Accounting, Management and Policy Journal.Dr. Liang obtained her Ph.D. from NUS Business School, National University of Singapore. Before joining XJTLU, she was an Assistant Professor at the School of Business, Sun Yat-sen University. Dr. Liang was the recipient of Best Paper Finalists, Strategic Management Society (SMS) Annual Conference (2015), and First Prize Teaching Award of Sun Yat-sen University (2021) for co-teaching undergraduate course “Entrepreneurship”.

梁雪姬博士现任西交利物浦大学商学院战略管理与组织系副教授、博士生导师。她的研究领域包括战略管理、企业可持续性发展及跨国企业战略。梁雪姬博士毕业于新加坡国立大学商学院，并拥有美国佛罗里达大学和纽约州立大学双硕士及中山大学学士。她曾任中山大学管理学院助理教授、硕士生导师。
