Miaomiao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of IOM, IBSS, Xian-Jiaotong Liverpool University. She currently serves as the Programme Director of BA Marketing and the Coordinator of Smart Mobility Analytics Centre. Before IBSS, Miaomiao worked as a Post-Doc in Management Science and Information Systems at Fudan University, China. Her research interests lie in the sharing economy, service refusal, smart mobility, silver economy, and UGC.
