Dr.Huiyang Li is an assistant professor at the HeXie Management Research Centre, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He obtained his Ph.D. in Management from the Sun Yat-sen University. He studies the intersection of strategy and organizational theory with a focus on corporate governance and strategic management, environmental policy and sustainable development, and family business management. His research has been published in the Industrial Marketing Management (ABS 3), Asia Pacific Journal of Management (ABS 3), International Review of Financial Analysis (ABS 3), Emerging Markets Finance and Trade (SSCI Q1), Environmental Geochemistry and Health (SCI Q2), Journal of Management Sciences in China (管理科学学报) and Business Review (管理评论).
He currently teaches business succession and innovation at the postgraduate level. Notably, He has taught in training programs of several well-known domestic educational companies.
