Abstract
针对园区产业图谱细化程度不高、能源产品供需矛盾、数字化平台运营受限以及碳排放计算、监测和披露等挑战,本研究建议园区优化产业体系和结构,推动多能互补和扩大应用需求,发展和提升虚拟电厂、碳资产管理、园区智慧管理等智能平台的运营管理,以构建低碳产业链,发展能源科技体系和加速数字化转型,助力“双碳”目标实现。
In face of main challenges including low degree of refinement in industrial mapping, supply-demand contradictions of energy products, limitations in digital platforms operations, and issues with carbon emission accounting, monitoring and disclosure, this research puts forward three main suggestions on optimizing the industrial structure, promoting multi-energy complementarity and expanding demand for its application, as well as developing and enhancing the operation and management of intelligent platforms such as virtual power plants, carbon asset management, and smart park management. These efforts aim to build a low-carbon industrial chain, develop an energy technology system, and accelerate digital transformation to support the achievement of the "dual carbon" goals.
