Dr. Xinyi Zhou is an assistant professor at the Department of Strategic Management and Organization. She received PhD in Management from Durham University. Her research interests include but are not limited to career management, cross-cultural management, and leadership/followership. She has several papers published in the work-leading academic journals, such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behaviour, Applied Psychology: An International Review.Prior to earning her Ph.D., Dr. Zhou has working experience in Nielsen (尼尔森, Beijing), Bytedance (字节跳动, Beijing), China Minmetals Corporation (中国五矿集团有限公司, Beijing), and Center for China and Globalization (中国与全球化智库, CCG, Beijing).
