Dr. Juan Li joined the Department of Environmental and Health Sciences at Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University as an assistant professor in September 2022. She received her Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences (2002-2006) and her PhD in Zoology (2006-2012) from Peking University. Following that, she conducted postdoctoral research at Peking University, University of California, Berkeley, and Westlake University. Since 2009, she has been dedicated to conducting research on the basic ecology and conservation biology of snow leopards on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. Her current research interests focus on exploring the relationship between urbanization, agriculture, and biodiversity. This is a talk I gave at Yixi (一席) about my past research.https://yixi.tv/#/speech/detail?id=1155
