Xue Bai is an assistant professor at the XIPU Institution (Think Tank), XJTLU. She obtained her PhD from the University of Liverpool. Her doctoral research focuses on e-services adoption among older consumers in China, and evaluates the effects of adoption on their quality of life and wellbeing. She is interested in research concerning technology adoption, silver market, consumer behaviour, and the development of biopharmaceutical and general health industry.
