Shi Min is Associate Professor in Accounting in the Department of Accounting, International Business School Suzhou (IBSS). She joins IBSS on 1 January 2020. She is the Deputy Head of Department. Prior to joining IBSS, Shi Min was assistant professor of accounting in Aberdeen Business School, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, and later in Nottingham University Business School (NUBS), The University of Nottingham Malaysia. During her time at NUBS, Shi Min took up several administrative roles including the Deputy Programme Director for Undergraduate Programmes managing examination matters, the Programme Director for Postgraduate Taught Programmes managing MSc and MBA programmes including the offshore MBA programme in Singapore, Refugee Short Course Co-ordinator, and ICAEW summer class co-ordinator. Shi Min’s current research interests include firm financial performance, customer satisfaction, corporate social responsibility.
