Personal profile

Dr. Jie Zhang joined IBSS at XJTLU as a Lecturer in Accounting and Finance in the summer of 2013. Dr. Jie Zhang has wide experience in teaching Accounting and Finance related subjects. She and Dr. Qing Ye together as a team were awarded the IBSS Teaching Innovation Prize based on a postgraduate module Money and Banking. She also won the award Star of the Semester in ACF division. Dr. Zhang is a member of CPA Australia. Her main research interests areas are corporate governance; behavioural finance, focusing on decision making under uncertainty; and agent-based modeling, focusing on market microstructure.
