Dr. Kaiyu Xu is a Senior Teaching Associate in Department of Intelligent Operations and Marketing (IOM), International Business School Suzhou (IBSS) of Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU). He obtained his Ph.D. degree from The University of Manchester. He is a member of both Global Development Institute (GDI) and Manchester Centre for Development Informatics (CDI). His primary research interests include Fintech studies, Technology Innovation System (TIS), Institutional research, and Standardization and regulation studies.
