Personal profile
Personal profile
I am a linguist who takes interest in language from a cognitive science perspective. I focus on formal modeling of syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, while considering the psychological processing aspects of language. My main theoretical orientation to language follows Emergentism. I welcome collaboration as I work with several different languages.I have published a book, several articles in SSCI journals, and complete reviews for alike journals. Currently, I am part of the editorial board for Humanities Social Sciences Communications. I welcome PhD supervision in linguistic-related topics in the areas of syntax, semantics, and pragmatics, connecting with psycholinguistics and second language acquisition. I dont however supervise in the areas of general language learning and teaching.https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Darcy_SperlichEmail: darcy.sperlich@xjtlu.edu.cnOffice: HS342
