Chen Hu joined the Department of Intelligent Operations and Marketing at the Xian Jiaotong-Liverpool University as an Assistant Professor in July 2022. She received her PhD degree in Management Science and Engineering from Tsinghua University. Her research interests include dynamic pricing and revenue management, sustainable operations management, and the interface of OM and marketing. In her current projects, she focuses on dynamic pricing with product rollovers, decision analysis on socially responsible operations, and coupon design for e-commerce platforms.
