Dr. Bin (Ashley) Ding is an Assistant Professor and the Program Director of Human Resource Management. Prior to joining Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, she worked at the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland in the U.S. as a postdoc. Ashley obtained her Ph.D. in Management at the University of Lausanne in Switzerland. Her research interests include but not limited to service management, organizational climate, work engagement, management information systems, leadership, and public health. Ph.D. applicants in organizational behavior, applied psychology, and management information systems are welcome!
