Abstract
It is an urban regeneration project.
The municipality of Arbus (south Sardinia, Italy) announced a design and construction supervision competition for a new building in the old town's area.
The funding for this operation amounted to approximately 2,000,000 euros.
I was the leader of the design team that won the competition in 2019.
After winning the public competition, I implemented the project as technical director and architectural designer with my group.
Following this, the project was contracted and implemented, and in 2020, we started building the building.
Delivered in August 2024, it is now in the final acceptance phase.
