Abstract

Virtual Reality offers learners in management accounting engaging and stimulating immersive and interactive experiences, enabling effective implementation of experiential learning teaching methods. This innovative approach enhances understanding of accounting concepts and improves knowledge retention. However, the adoption of Virtual Reality in accounting education presents new challenges. Most existing Learning Management Systems are designed for traditional online training and lack the functionality to host VR content effectively. This research study explores instructional design strategies to address these challenges.
