Abstract

This conceptual paper explores the experiences and innovative ways of teaching entrepreneurship to non-business master's students taking Xi'an Jiaotong Liverpool University (XJTLU) MSc Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Entrepreneurship and Enterprise Hub in the XJTLU Entrepreneur College Taicang in China. The paper points out that the challenge for developing entrepreneurship education in these heterogeneous disciplinary environments has not yet been sufficiently met and suggests a framework resulting from XJTLU's experience. This paper identifies key elements and principles for effectively teaching entrepreneur-ship to non-business master's students in China. The paper proposes a model and ends by outlining possible challenges and future research directions.
