Abstract

The New Goyang City Hall proposal starts with a clear statement: Goyang City Hall is going to be a park. A porous and open ecosystem that allows citizens, government workers and visitors to experience the beauty of the local landscapes of Goyang, at the same time that provides a flexible, comfortable and well-equipped building for efficient everyday use. This proposal is an opportunity to rethink administrative services and what a city hall is in the post-pandemic era.
