Schools in Jiangsu Province face unique challenges as they balance rigorous academic standards with the need to address students' emotional and social well-being. Integrating Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) can support student success by fostering emotional intelligence, resilience, and academic achievement. This proposal examines how strategic leadership in Jiangsu schools can drive SEL adoption by aligning it with existing curriculum priorities and cultural expectations. The findings will help school leaders develop effective strategies tailored to the region's educational landscape.
