Dr. Qiu completed her PhD at the University of Vigo and the University of Salamanca in 2024. During her doctoral studies, she served as an Early-Stage Researcher in the Marie Skłodowska-Curie 'MENELAOS-NT' project, working as an investigator at Ingeniería Insitu. Dr. Qiu continued her research as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Vigo from March 2024 to January 2025. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Remote Sensing from Wuhan University (2016) and a Master’s degree in Geomatics Engineering from the University of Stuttgart (2020). Her research focuses on 3D vision, intelligent point cloud processing, and multimodal fusion perception, with applications in intelligent transportation, geospatial information, and robotics.
