Mr. Ni is an associate professor in practice in IBSS Xian Jiaotong Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. He received a Bachelor of Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Wuhan University. He is also a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Nottingham. He is currently serving as Program Director of MSc. project management and Deputy Director of Operation and Supply Chain Excellence Centre. He has abundant industrial experience in multinational companies such as IBM, Baxter, and Wittur assuming different roles as demand planner, planning manager, supply chain manager, and senior logistics manager before joining IBSS.His research interests mainly focus on E-waste reverse logistics, IoT integrated logistic management, digital shipping platform, etc. He has published many articles in domestic and international journals and act as principal investigator or co-investigator in many research projects. The total granted fund is over 1 million RMB.He is also active in social roles. He is one of the founding members of the Institute Supply Management(ISM) China Suzhou branch, contributing column author of journal ‘China Post Daily’, ‘China Customs’ and ‘China Elevators’, and a consultant of Suzhou logistics and purchasing association. He is also a certified project manager (IPMP-C) by International Project Management Association (IPMA).倪志勤先生是中国苏州西交利物浦大学国际商学院的实践副教授。他拥有武汉大学工学学士和工商管理硕士学位。他也是英国诺丁汉大学的博士学位候选人。他目前担任商学院项目管理硕士专业主任和运营与供应链卓越中心副主任。在加入国际商学院之前，他在 IBM、Baxter 和 Wittur 等跨国公司担任过需求计划员、计划经理、供应链经理和高级物流经理等不同角色，拥有丰富的行业经验。他的主要研究方向为电子垃圾逆向物流、基于物联网综合物流管理、数字化航运平台等，他在国内外期刊上发表多篇文章，并主导了多个研究项目，获得项目基金100多万元, 发明专利2项。他也活跃于社会角色, 他是供应管理学会（ISM）中国苏州分会创始成员之一，《中国邮报》、《中国海关》、《中国电梯》杂志特约专栏作者，苏州物流与采购联合会顾问。他同时也是国际项目管理协会IPMA认证的项目经理，持有IPMP-C级证书。
