Yao Ge received her M.F.A degree in Film Television Production at the University of Southern California. Her film works have been selected in Hainan International Film Festival, Canada International Short Film Festival, semi-finalisted in Rhode Island International Film Festival (Oscar qualified) and etc. In 2021, Yao was selected as a Young Talented Director in Shanghai International Film Festival SIFF NEXT program.
