Dr. Soljee Susie Lee is an Assistant Professor at the International Business School Suzhou (IBSS), Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University. She received her Ph.D. in Management from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Her research explores workforce diversity, employee wellbeing, and policymaking.Her work has been published in the Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Social Issues.
