Simon Knight

Simon joined XJTLUs English Language Centre in 2023. He has been teaching in China for over twelve years and previously taught EAP courses at several International programs and partnerships such as Dublin College Ireland and Beijing University of Science and Technology, the University of Colorado and China Agricultural University, the University of Technology in Sydney and EIC Guangzhou, and Staffordshire University and Guangxi University of Nationalities. Simon holds an M.Ed. in Education majoring in TESOL, a cerTESOL and several other education-related diplomas. Simon is an enthusiastic teacher who specialises in creating engaging units of work utilising a variety of modes. His research interests include multi-modality and technology-enhanced learning to promote student engagement.
