Dr. Qian Luo is an Assistant Professor of Intelligent Operations and Marketing at Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Suzhou, China. He received his Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering from Xidian University, a Masters degree in Management Science and Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology, and his Ph.D. in Operations Management from Singapore Management University.His primary research interests include data analytics, healthcare management, sustainable operations, socially responsible operations, supply chain management, etc. He uses various research methodologies, including econometric models, machine learning techniques, dynamic programming, and game theory models.
