Dr. Jie Li is a Senior Associate Professor of Management at IBSS and currently serves as the Head of the Department of Strategic Management and Organisations (SMO). He obtained his Ph.D. in Management from Osaka University in 2015. His research interests include international human resource management, organizational culture, legitimacy, entrepreneurship, and employees' proactive behavior. His research has been supported by grants from the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Ministry of Education's Humanity and Social Science Foundation of China (MoE). His work has been published in leading journals such as the Journal of Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and the Journal of Business Ethics. Additionally, he serves as Section Editor for Applied Psychology: An International Review and Regional Editor for Asia Pacific Business Review.
