Dr. Hong-Bin Liu is an Assistant Professor at the School of AI and Advanced Computing (AIAC), Entrepreneur College (Taicang), Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University. He earned his PhD in Information Technology from James Cook University, where he published multiple high-impact conference papers in Data Mining and Artificial Intelligence, including at ICDM 2019 and ECAI 2020. Prior to joining academia, Dr. Liu gained over five years of professional experience in the IT industry and later served as a casual academic, teaching various data science courses. His current research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Spatio-temporal Reasoning, and Computer Vision. He welcomes inquiries regarding potential research collaborations.
