Chengchen has a passion for helping students from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds develop their language and communication skills. Over the past 8 years, she has taught A-level English, English for Academic Purposes, Pre-sessional English and Intercultural Communication courses to high school, undergraduate and graduate students. She is also a fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA, the UK) and a BALEAP official podcast producer.
