Based on more than ten years of accumulation in urban morphology research and urban design practice, and facing the future development of cities, Nanjing University plan to hold an International Seminar on Urban Morpho-Science at 26-29 October. The main task of the seminar is to re-conceptualize the relationship between the evolution of urban morphology and the stage of social development from a scientific point of view, and focus on the quantitative representation of urban form and exchange results and experiences in quantitative urban form research. The seminar is organized by the School of Architecture and Urban Planning of Nanjing University, and co-organized by the Committee of Urban Design, Jiangsu Civil Engineering and Architectural Society. All interested experts, scholars and students are welcome to attend the seminar.
