Description

This presentation explores engineering students' perceptions of communication skills (CS) in the AI era. Drawing on mixed-methods research from XJTLU, it examines how students value CS for academic success, group work, and future employability—especially as technical skills become standardized. We conclude with actionable recommendations for integrating CS development into engineering curricula to boost graduate competitiveness.
