Abstract

Outsourcing of logistics activities is the common business practice in the enterprise. Selection of a proper logistics service provider (LSP) meeting the requirements of operation strategy of the outsourcing enterprise is a complex task, due to its significant influence on the business performance. This paper demonstrates an application of the Primitive Cognitive Network Process (P-CNP) to the LSP selection strategy considering multiple criteria and alternatives.
